Born and raised in Southern California, Lisa has had the opportunity to work in a number of arenas that allowed her to find her love of makeup artistry. Upon graduating high school she immediately attended the world-renowned Pivot Point International in Chicago, IL learning all facets 
of hair coloring, styling, and skin and nail care, but it was makeup artistry that really sparked her interest. Lisa made the most of her time there by staying after hours to be privately taught the art of makeup by a professional makeup artist from Europe. With her encouragement prior to graduation, Lisa entered the MidWest Beauty Show in the Professional Makeup Artist Category. Having never even attended such a show/competition, Lisa designed a look with her model that earned her 4th place amongst hundreds of seasoned professional artists.
Lisa went on to work in the Chicago area at an upscale day spa doing both hair and makeup. Before long, she was offered a position with MAC Cosmetics that was too good to pass up. With this opportunity Lisa was able to further craft her niche in the makeup world, offering customers a unique approach to makeup artistry-Less is more. Before long, she was back in Southern California, where she secured involvement in many fashion shows, print and television work. While working for MAC, Lisa continued to take advantage of opportunities that were given and was able to secure a Bachelor's Degree and begin graduate work with the help of MAC's Tuition Reimbursement Program.
With over 9 years in the beauty industry, Lisa has touched the faces and hearts of many, being given the pleasure of working with individuals on some of the most important days of their lives-whether it's the introduction of their Fall line, their latest photo shoot, or their wedding day.
